Results of a recent review by the Children’s Progress Academic Assessment (CPAA) show that Goddard School students score 45% higher on mathematics and literacy assessments compared to non-Goddard peers. These findings were verified by Hanover Research, an independent third-party research firm. The CPAA is an early childhood assessment system that assists teachers in making informed and individualized instructional decisions.

WE PREPARE CHILDREN FOR SUCCESS IN SCHOOL AND BEYOND

We provide a safe, nurturing learning environment and ensure that children have the freedom to explore and discover their passions and interests. This style of teaching encourages children to be curious about the world and seek out information, which can help them in the classroom and in life.

Our unique learning program also helps children learn to communicate, collaborate and think critically and creatively. These essential skills empower children to become better learners and problem solvers, making them school ready, career ready and life ready.

A longitudinal study shows 97% of parents are still satisfied five years after their children have graduated from The Goddard School. The study included families of students up to sixth grade who graduated from The Goddard School.

Accreditations

PROVEN TO EXCEED EXPECTATIONS

Our programs help children become happy, enthusiastic, lifelong learners while preparing them for the local school system. Each School adopts and adheres to the early learning standards established by its state and local district, which facilitates a smooth transition to elementary school.

The Goddard School’s educational programs have earned AdvancED Corporate Accreditation and Middle States Corporate Accreditation, both of which acknowledge our high-quality early childhood education program. These organizations have conducted rigorous assessments of our program and found that we meet or surpass benchmarks in early childhood education. Many Goddard Schools have also earned additional state and national accreditations.

AdvancED is the world's largest education community, representing more than 34,000 public and private schools and districts across the United States and 70 other countries. AdvancED is dedicated to advancing excellence in education worldwide.

The Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA) has provided accreditation to colleges, secondary schools and elementary schools for more than 100 years. Recently, the MSA began providing accreditation standards for early childhood education.

Quality Assurance

Every state has a licensing agency that oversees state childcare licensing requirements, including health and safety items. Additionally, each School is also obligated to meet system-wide Goddard School health and safety standards, which may exceed state requirements. Multiples times each year, the standards team makes unannounced visits to every Goddard School to monitor compliance with Goddard School health and safety requirements.

Goddard Systems, Inc., the franchisor of The Goddard School, has earned AdvancED and Middle States accreditation by demonstrating excellence in early childhood education. Our programs meet or exceed state quality standards and support the emotional, social, behavioral and physical development of your child.
